get Connected with a Care Navigator

You'll be assigned a care navigation specialist to guide you through the recovery process, and verify your identity and needs.

Once you are verified by the care navigator, they will assign you to a Disaster Case Manager who will assist you to create a long care recovery plan and support your needs.

Access Resources Roundtable

The Resources Roundtable Committee is dedicated to assembling a group of funders who meet regularly to address unmet needs as presented by disaster case managers.

This collaborative effort ensures that survivors receive the necessary support towards completing their long term recovery plan.

Kākoʻo Maui Resource Center


Survivors can meet with Kako‘o Maui Care Navigators to get support for Housing, FEMA, Legal assistance, HIHP and more across multiple community organizations.
