You'll be assigned a care navigation specialist to guide you through the recovery process, and verify your identity and needs.
Once you are verified by the care navigator, they will assign you to a Disaster Case Manager who will assist you to create a long care recovery plan and support your needs.
The Resources Roundtable Committee is dedicated to assembling a group of funders who meet regularly to address unmet needs as presented by disaster case managers.
